  9. This program is for using with Borland(R) Delphi(TM)
  10. IDE.
  11.  
  12. The program is a panel of speed buttons to choose the most
  13. often used commands. It allows to copy, cut, paste a text
  14. from/to clipboard using a mouse click without a need to
  15. open IDE's menu. Also you can insert some Object Pascal's
  16. syntax statements with single mouse click.

  18. The program dosen't require any special installation. You
  19. should simply copy all MTBD.* files into any directory on
  20. your hard drive and place a link to MTBD.EXE in any group/
  21. folder.

  23. The program can be run either before or after DELPHI.EXE.
  24.  
  25. Attention! The program directs the command flow to a window
  26. that was last active while clicking any button on it. So, 
  27. it's recommended to ensure that the current active is the
  28. source code editor window. (Simply click on it if inactive).
